Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and natural nature of many products, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are not considered defects.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
