Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order furniture and custom items may require additional production time.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping throughout Indonesia using trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier availability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video + photographs of the packaging and product.
