At TIBA-TIBA, we carefully inspect all products before shipment.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only.

To request a return, please contact us at: contact@tibatiba.com 

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and natural nature of many products, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are not considered defects. If you are truly unhappy with the way your item looks, we will do our best to find a solution. 

Custom orders and made-to-order furniture are non-refundable.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
